The Fine Print

We do have some stipulations to our service guarantees. Please call if you have any questions! 303-993-3010

Free service calls to your home means we don’t charge any travel fees. It does NOT include the actual service. You do receive 1/2 price hourly rates on service fees.

We will replace a battery if it is not charging or not holding a charge. This does not apply to your charger or wiring or any other factors if that’s determined to be the issue.

The free scooter rental is while your scooter is in our possession only. If we have to order parts or have things delivered to you a scooter will not be provided. Only while we physically possess your scooter for repair (usually 3 days between pickup, service and drop off). If we do an onsite repair we are normally in and out same day.

We will make every attempt to get you an equal or comparable scooter while we repair your scooter. However, we can not guarantee make or model. We guarantee one will be provided to you.

Shipping and handling are not included in any parts ordered for your scooter repair. Those costs will need to be covered for the repair to commence.

This guarantee is void if the scooter has been used inappropriately, left in the elements, been exposed to anything harmful or generally misused. It is the sole discretion of Mobility Plus to determine if this is the case.

The manufacturer warrantees will be applied first. If the manufacturer rejects your warrantee claim (Ex: water damage or misuse or beyond warranty claim line) you will be charged for the repair costs (parts and labor) with your approval.

If you abandon your scooter to Mobility Plus there will be a $100 fee.

A credit card must be provided when you call to book your service. We will not charge the card unless you need parts or labor, damage the rental scooter or abandon your scooter. If you miss your appointment or don’t return your scooter you will be charged.

For the free rental you must sign a rental agreement to receive the scooter. You will be bound to all of the terms of that agreement with a $0 rental fee. If you keep the scooter beyond the days you were provided.
